We are here for you, to assist you in having the most optimal birth experience

Whether you prefer a midwife or a doctor, choose to use pain medication or be medication free, I am happy to support your choices.  I will join you at your home or at the hospital, when you begin your labor.  As your Doula, I do everything I can to ensure your comfort.  Labor actually can slow if a mother feels anxious.  So it is of utmost importance to have the most comforatable atmosphere.  

Meeting you and your partner

Cortney or Pat will meet with you and your partner to get to know you and discuss what your desires are for your labor and delivery.  We can give you information to help you make an informed decision, and assist you in making your birth plan.  We will also talk about ways to support your pregnancy,

After you head home, you may have many questions. I will see you for a Post Partum Visit to answer any questions you may have at that time.

A few days after  you and your baby arrive home, I will meet with you to answer any questions to make your transition easier.
